Orthotic Fitting

Orthoses" (plural) is the more modern word for what used to be called braces, irons, stays, or splints. An orthosis is a device that is used to protect, support, or improve function of parts of the body that move. This is brought about by the bracing function of the orthosis. Our physical therapist can work with you if your physician prescribes an orthotic fitting.
